That product right there. Is that what I need to give my X800XT some juice? I notice that the cable shows 2 "ins". Do I need to plug them both in or just one?

If your card is AGP and not PCI-Express you do not need that. It's for adapting a PCI-Express video cards power to a non ATX 2.0 compliant PSU, as alot of people that are running PCI-Express boards are doing so with older ATX PSU's.
