6 Pin PCI-Express Cable

Hi,

I just installed my new Antec Neo 480 watt PSU, and the instructions say that there is a dedicated 6 pin PCI-e graphics card cable. I don't see any connector for this cable on my graphics card (6600GT) and never have had to use any power but the PCI-e's slot power to power this card. I was just wondering what graphics cards this 6 Pin connector is used for and is my graphics card suppose to be hooked up to it?
