-5v questions

I hear people talking about -5v in the past and today I noticed the X-Finity PSU powering the sig'd 939 system has no -5v rail.

Should I care and why?

Should I care and why?

Unless you have the MSI board that has the onboard Creative sound that requires the -5v it doesn't affect you for the most part.
