What would you say are safe temp thresholds for VDDC Phase on a 5970? Has ATI published any documentation detailing limits? Going by a GPU-Z reading, at 60 % fan speed they average 90 - 95 under load, noticed a spike up to 100 once. I put fan speed on 75 % and they are around 80 - 85 now. On average it seems the VDDC Phase units are 20 C hotter than the GPU core itself. I am running at 850/1200 speeds by the way. Stock voltage shaves about 15 C off.
