Do you mean 5870 speeds?

Well the standard 5970 runs at 725/1000 and 1.050v. This is rated by ATI to consume 294 watts.

I found that when you overclock a 5970 to 850/1200, it requires 1.174v to run stable in games.

You can try to extroplate the wattage from that. I'm not sure about the exact consumption since I don't own a Killowatts or anything like that.
 
There are some review sites that have overclocked 5970s and shown the difference in wattage. You can work out the total power draw if you assume the stock 5970 is at or close to 300 watts.

One review site said ATI suggested 36A if you want to overclock, and another site's power data seemed to indicate a 32A power draw when overclocked.

That was a few weeks ago, so I don't remember the sites or the particular overclock achieved.
