5870 Problems, Dashes/Lines On Screen

I got an XFX 5870 recently and am getting some weird dashes on screen in various game menus and UI's OFPDR, Dragon Age. Arma2 is the only game where it has happened in the world of the game. This doesent happen in all games, it hasnt happened in Torchlight, Red Orchestra, and some other games.

Some things I've tried.

- Four drivers 9.11, 9.12 Beta 5, 9.12, and 9.12 Hotfix
- Downclocked some
- Vsync On\Off
- HDMI Sound Not Installed
- Win7 Up to date
- Checked Power Cable

Anyone have any ideas? I still have about 15 days to RMA to Newegg.

No problems here with Arma2 using XFX 5870 alone and with a Diamond 5870 in Crossfire. Running 9.12 HF and 1.04 ArmA2.

Did you do a fresh install? How's your motherboard memory - stock or OC'd? What is your PSU wattage and does it support PCI 12V power properly with 6-pin connectors? It looks like artifacts from something memory related. Run GPU-Z and take a look at your temps (run in background while ArmA2 is going then ALT-TAB out to peek at the log).

I havnt done a fresh install of 9.12 My mobo ram is at default speeds and I memtested it a few weeks ago without error. My PSU is 620w I have a GTX 280 that Ive tried and it works fine so I dont think its the PSU. The temps run around 73-76,
