Hi, as you can see in my sig I have a XFX 5870 1gb & a XFX 4670 1gb. I've never overclocked a video card and I'm unsure what types of programs to use, what safe voltages to up each card are, what good bios's are to use, what normal OC's for each cards are, etc. Can anyone help me out?

Every card is different. Use the overdrive sliders in the ATI Catalyst Control Center to overclock and then run something like Furmark or 3Dmark a bunch of times and check for artifacting. If all is good, try a little higher. Rinse, repeat.
