5850 Non + Reference card in Crossfire question...

Hi,

Was just wondering if you can mix a reference Visiontek 5850 with a non-reference card with the fan in the middle of the card? Thing is I don't believe they sell reference 5850s anymore and I want to get one more for crossfire before they run out...
