5850 GSOD

I'm having issues with this 5850. The screen starts displaying corruptions while gaming and ends up with this screen or a solid blue screen or all black screens. Is this the infamous GSOD?

edit: BTW. Card is stock.
 
The one on the left is the GSOD. The ones on the right are presumably eyefinity manifestations of it. Sounds like a faulty card, RMA it.
 
Been trying to convince the tech at XFX the card is faulty since yesterday.
 
Fawking a. XFX 5850 has been pronounced dead at 1:45 pm central time. Guess this should convince the tech that the card is defective.
