5800x ebay question

Why wouldn't this be legit... it's $90 above MSRP for arguably the most 'common' of the Ryzen 5000 series.
 
I think I've seen 3 5800s on this forum at basically MSRP + tax in the last week or so. It's by far the easiest to get of the 5000 series. Doesn't really offer any gaming performance boost over the 5600 but gets slaughtered in productivity by it's not much more expensive 12 and 16 thread cousins.
