5800 series with Crossfire + Eyefinity will work ?

[Zorachus]

I think this has been answered somewhere already, but there a billion 5800 series threads and Eyefinity.

So and Kyle or Brent please verify if AMD plans to get Crossfire working on two 5870's and have it work for triple screen gaming Eyefinity ? I thought it was just a software issue, and hopefully not a hardware problem ?

Any ETA at all ? Thanks.

That would be driver revision is what I guessed.

It's a driver issue and AMD already stated they're working on it, my guess is it'll be released around the same time the 5870X2 is.
