5770 VRM cooling

I'm thinking of replacing the stock Phoenix cooler on my 5770 with a HR03 RevA, however, I'm concerned about VRM cooling. As far as I know, there are 2 chips to the left of the card (nearer to the output ports) which are in contact with the stock heatsink, so those might need to be cooled, but I'm planning to run the HR03 passive. Would that be enough? Anyone with aftermarket HSF experience on this card?
