5700XT @2.2Ghz under water on Tom's Hardware Germany

That is the default voltage for these cards. 76C isn't "hot" persay but I would prefer to keep it cooler (that's probably just the custom looper in me though lol). Is your card under water yet? I would assume not based on those temperatures. Ram should be down to 45-50C depending on your amount of rad space.
No water, really was not planning on it. Card is more a temporary, waiting to go into the HTPC when either Big Navi comes out or Amper (Maybe both :D). If you can get your temperature down to the 50c and overvolt that memory - that will be the real next step in performance with increase GPU speeds. These cards are well tuned for GPU speed and memory bandwidth, if you up one, the other has to go with it for better increase in performance.
