My 560 Ti's drivers every few days seems to crash once. I've read that others have experienced the same issue. However, are there any solutions and is an RMA warranted? (warranted as in should I, not could I) Much thanks!

If the crashes are happening because of the drivers than a RMA is not warranted. I would just revert back to an older driver that works and wait for new drivers.

285.xx is unstable. Go back to 280.26, and if you play BF3 just click through the nag screen saying you need to update.

Remove all drivers and re-install the original drivers your card came with. If it works and you don't have any problems after a few days, then install the latest driver release. If you continue having problems after installing the original drivers then yes, I would RMA it.

I'm currently using 185.58 for Windows XP 32bit and 185.62 for Windows 7 64bit
Both are WHQL and I haven't had a single problem with either one.
