560 or 650?

So I like my current system of 478 3.2e with BH5 ram. However, my cousins over at intel just got free chips and they know that I love computers. So they are sending me theirs FOR FREE! Now one of them has a 560 3.6ghz and the other one has a 650 3.4ghz 2mb 64bit. I dunno which one is better and which one gets a better OC. Both I believe are engineering samples.

Now which chipsets do both support?

Do I have to resort to DDR2? If so, whats good ram like BH5?


I am still old fashioned so I am not up to par with the new technology :-D
