Mostly new features and it is WHQL certified already (surprisingly enough) Seems okay, lots of new driver tab looks, not a great big performance boost (if qny) unless you don't overclock and you now use their auto overclock feature via coolbits and then you will see the performance increase significantly. Also of surprising note, this driver seems to do a lot for GF4 cards and only a little for FX cards.

After testing it, it seems stable enough, and you can force trilinear if you want to now. That's nice, with game specific settings if you want that too.
