Newegg has both of them for under $200, but the 530J is cheaper than the regular 530. Which one is better?
530
530J

EDIT: I see the 530J has the XD bit thingy. That's the built-in virus protection, right? Is that something I want or something that will only get in the way?

a J chip guarantees a newer stepping.

Js can run a little cooler than non Js

you will not notice execute disable, which contrary to AMDs propaganda department is not virus protection, but prevents a certain kind of buffer overflow. XD will not get in the way, but in certain cases will be a good thing for you.

if A J was the same price or cheaper, it would definitly be my first choice.

If you really wanted to OC, I'd look at the 540J which also has a feature akin to SpeedStep.
