5070ti overclock to 5080 performance levels?

I have a 5070ti ventus 3x oc card. How would you guys go about overclocking it to get to 5080 performance levels?

Should I use msi afterbunrer? What software to validate the new clocks I use?

I am new to overclocking video cards. How would you go about doing this?
