506e Pix replacement

I'm looking for a replacement for a Cisco Pix 506e. The fan is going nuts and I can't afford to risk loosing connectivity. I have more then 10 clients behind this device but <50.
I need to have 1 site to site VPN.
I need a VPN to support 1 remote client.

I am finding that the pricing for the Cisco ASAs is a little high. Has anyone used a Netgear Prosafe firewall? I think that this may be able to take care of what I'm looking to do for around $300 a device or less. If I get a Prosafe I will be using two of those for my site to site VPN. I noticed the Prosafe has a Lifetime warranty.

If anyone has experience with both of these devices I'd appreciate your input.
 
You might want to look at a cheap ASA 5505.
they can do everything your asking for and are pretty quick.
 
...but not for $300 last I checked an ASA5505 was around the $700 mark?

Yes, it will allow 50 concurrent users. This includes any network device that is configured to go out to the internet for time. I found that out the hard way years ago when we stopped selling PIX 501 ten user models. Had a client with six computers, a server and five printers that were configured for NTP. Every other day one of the computers would lose internet access and could figure it out for a few weeks until I was looking at the PIX and saw the ten user license. :D

ASA5505 is a great little box, it will be a huge improvement over your PIX506. You even get the SSL VPN for two concurrent users.
 
Another vote for the ASA, don't know what i would do without them. solid as a rock, unless a rodant pees on it, then it fries, but with smart net you get your replacement quick lol.

And yes, that really did happen
