I'm trying to search for a $500 (can be flexible) durable and lightweight laptop for a software engineering student. Mostly, going to work with C#, .NET, JAVA, etc.
Looks like a nice choice. I especially like the virtualization support (it's not strictly needed for VMware but I'm not sure about VirtualPC). It can be handy for a development machine.
