50 post before reply limit removal

I really want this card, and I pm'd the guy, but would like to post in the thread so he can see it there as well. Is there verification process to get the 50 post limit removed, or do I just have to pay the dues :) (and hope to not miss out on the card I want)

The whole reasoning behind a 50 post limit is to get new members participating on the forum and be known for making good posts. Established traders want to deal with people who have been here more than 1 day and have a posting history. There is no way around the rule. Many attempt to spam their way in, but just end up spamming their way out instead.
