I have had some minor problems with the 16X Verbatim DVDRs - movies I burn on them do not play back smoothly on my PS2.

The +r's I purchased at bbuy 2 weeks ago have media code MCC 004. From what I understand, its Mitsubishi chemicals and pretty decent stuff.

I have no issues playing mine back on the 2 settops I have, a sony and a PS2.

I got in on the last rebait deal on these DVD's and they are just awsome! I have had no issues at all.

PS2 DVDs should be burnt at a very low speed because their drives aren't made to read burnt disks
