5.25" LCD mod - Suggestions?

I am thinking about modding in a small LCD screen into 2 5.25" drivebays. That would give me 3.5" of height, which is the limiting factor for standard LCDs.

First of all, where is the best place to buy small LCDs? (I live in Canada, so keep in mind customs and the such if it's from the US) I have thought of ebay or mouser electronics (a wholesale electronics store).

Secondly, it should probably just have a standard VGA input right? I haven't done enough research into integration, so if anyone has any links, that would be extremely helpful.

Finally, I am also contemplating making it touch sensitive. I know you can buy touch sensitive matrices that cover the LCD. Any info on these?
