Maybe paint it all with a thin layer of petrolium gelly and then pour on the LN2... that would be awesome.
Perhaps if you submerged the mainboard in water (mineral water) then had cooling for the water using LN2, it would work better. Eventually, the water would freeze, though. Bad for circulation, but at least you would know that everything is super cool.
