Do these exist for a decent price? I was all set to buy the new Optoma UHD60 until I read that, while it supports 4k and HDR10 and 60hz, it can't do all three at once, keeping 4k but dropping to either HDR8 or 30hz based on the content. I realize that's probably fine for Netflix and Amazon shows, but with more and more games supporting HDR, I want whatever I buy to be able to do all three things.

I'd even be open to the 'fake' 4k projectors like the Epson 4000, but I'm pretty sure that operates the same way.

Edit: In case anyone stumbles across this, I've since learned that the Optoma UHD60 (and the similar Acer H7850) do in fact support 4k HDR10 @ 60hz. You have to use the HDMI2 port which I guess a lot of reviewers didn't realize. I'm not sure about the Epson 4000 or 5040ub but I imagine those also support it.
