4K-Compatible mDP-to-mDP Cables?

Does anyone know which Mini DisplayPort to Mini DisplayPort cables are DP 1.2(a) compatible/certified (4K@60Hz)? I tried this CableMatters cable, and it exhibits horrible flickering and tearing, essentially unusable. I also tried an Apple Thunderbolt Cable, but that also didn't work for my setup.

Context: I recently bought a Dell P2715Q (connecting to a 15" Retina MacBook Pro). The stock mDP-to-DP cable would occasionally cause the display to flicker, but was otherwise usable at 4K@60Hz. I picked up an Accell mDP-to-DP cable hoping maybe the Dell cable was awful. So far it seems to be working much better, fingers crossed.

With all that said, I want to be able to use a KVM to switch between my laptop and desktop. From what I've gathered, this mDP KVM should do the trick. I'll be able to test tomorrow for sure once I have the KVM in hand, but if the mDP-to-mDP cable can't even do the straight laptop to monitor connection, I have serious doubts it will be able to do do Laptop <-> KVM <-> Monitor properly.
