I sent paypal on 2/13 for some $10 DDR ram.
After a few attempts to contact him via email and PM's, he quit coming to the forum on 2/19.
I left appropriate heatware. Beware.

Sorry for this happening. Thank you for letting us know, and thankfully it was only $10. People should keep an eye out for more RAM "sales" that are similar to the one he posted.

Funny thing he has two for sale threads going at the same time. I looked over the one you purchased the ram on. I seen where he last edited it at 2/19. But he didn't mark it sold to you or sold. He stated he was having some power issues in the thread then. Perhaps that is the issue now. Hopefully he will come on here and make it right. Good luck.

For $10 though ???? is it really worth ripping someone for that amount, don't make sense to me.

me neither. he has a gmail account so after a month I figure he could have found some way to answer an email.
I filed a paypal dispute as well.
He did have a big bucks item in the other thread, maybe somebody got took there too.
Edit: what a crappy way to get my post count up :)

If you multiply 10 x ? then yes it can be, especially since there is no effort required other than throwing up a listing.
People will do anything to get something for nothing now days.

Bingo. He could go to some other site and try this as well. But now, thanks to the negative heatware, he's probably going to be stopped dead in his tracks... Unless he makes another account.

Which they do, or they sometimes link to heatware that is not theirs.

That's why you need to fill out your aliases on heatware's page.
