4890 or 5870 ?

Hello everyone.
I have a sapphire 4890 vapor x , which served me well, but i am thinking to upgrade...
Someone offered me to add sell him my 4890+130$ and take a new 5870.

what do you think?

In what games is the HD4890 too slow? What settings for you are you missing to get it to run comfortably?

Is making that leap worth $130?

The HD5870 is an excellent card in its own right, but I have a hard time recommending an upgrade between cards that are that close in performance, in the perspective of what we have out today.
 
Bad deal for the card + $130. The 5870 can be had brand new for $179.00 after rebate these days.
 
Unless your gaming at below 1920x1200(1080) I'd go with a 6900 series card as an upgrade.
