4870x2, driver related problem?

Since I got my 4870x2 I have a problem, if you can call it that. When I have two internet windows open at the same time and I leftclick and drag one of the window ontop of the other window in cirkles fast or up and down, the window I'm dragging has a long tail after it, like it is too slow to respond. I hope you know what I mean. No matter however og whichever driver I install the same thing happens. Am I the only one this is happening to?
My screen response time is 5m/s.
