4870x2 97C Too Hot?

The card has been running just fine for roughly a year now with no issues. When playing Dragonage (doesn't happen with any other game) every 7-8ish hours the computer shuts down. The card goes up to 97C when playing Dragonage.

My initial thought was to replace the psu (just barely meets system requirments), but now I'm wondering if it's the card?

If anyone has an opinion I'd be grateful.
 
Probably the dust build up inside the card heatsink.

I'd get an air duster to blow all the stuff out.
