in Crysis warhead my max resolution is listed as 1920x1080....with my 8800gts it shows up as 1920x1200....anyone else experience this?

Also the CCC panel will lock up every time I change a setting. Im using the 8.9 drivers, and have removed all other nvidia drivers from my system with driver sweeper.

Going to try vanilla crysis next....
 
I've gotten that with both nVidia and ATi...highest res. is listed as 1600 x 1000 not 1680 x 1050 like it should be...not sure why but it's a quick fix. Go into your game.cfg file and change it to your screen's native resolution then save.

Easy-peesy-japanesey. ;)
 
i assume i have to do this for both warhead and crysis? because both have the same issue
 
haha i think i can get the hang of it ;). Whats odd is i never had to do this with my 8800gts *shrug* oh well. now my CCC panel just hardlocks everytime i open it :( hurray for "restart runtime"
