I picked up a second 4870 with the egg visiontech promo but have a question. The other card in the system is the MSI. When the system is completely built is there a setting to adjust the clock for the Visiontech to match the speed of the over clocked MSI?

Hope this has not be asked already.

This has probably been asked many times before. ;)

Open Catalyst Control Center. (Double click any red ATI logo on the desktop, taskbar, etc.) Go down to Crossfire and tick the 'enable' box. Then go down to ATI Overdrive, and with two cards installed, the drop-down menu at the top should allow you to select either 4870, and then change the clock sliders to what you desire. Match the sliders/clocks for each card and you are in business. :p

Thank you very much. I can not wait to get the other card in mail to get this up and running.

The title of this thread should be changed unless you found a way to "SLI" 2 ATI cards

Ya i was waiting for the "can i sli these cards on my 680i :p" Also, something i found out a little while ago, apparently you have to overclock both cards, CCC doesnt automatically set the clocks on both cards :)

Sorry I didn't even think of crossfire. Been hearing so much about SLI that I had it stuck in my head.

I thought the MSI OC card was already over clocked as soon as you plug it in.
