i have just fitted a Thermalright HR-03/R600 which i had lying around from my old 2900xt it seems to be cooling ok no sinks on the vrm or ram chips though just directed fans cant put a pic up for some reason here are the temps from gpuz 100% load
gpu temp 56
gpu temp1 56
gpu temp2 70
gpu temp3 66
idle temp is 45
 
Hmm, those are some strange temps for that cooler, my stock fan at 50% on my 4870 keeps the temsp at 44c at idle and 55c at full load.
