Those small fans in there are quite loud and would like to replace them or put something else in its place. I do have a squirrel cage fan i was going to put on the end of it and plug up the 2 fan holes so the air would flow from one side to the other.

Any other ideas?
 
They are just two normal CPU like heatsinks, there's not even a direct path for air through the card.

Just rip off the shroud and strap two 92mm fans right on top of it.

See if those pegs will line up with any stock fans of any size.
