4850x2 Power requirements

Don't bother with the PSU in that Logisys case. It's more than likely a crappy PSU to begin with. You need a new PSU for that 4850X2 video card.

More than likely not. A case/psu for $36.99 will not supply with you with a good PSU at only that price. Do you have this case already? Or, are you considering buying this case?

A 550-650watt good Branded PSU with at least a 2xPci-Express power connector would suffice.

Good Brands:
OCZ, Tagan, Hiper, Corsair, Thermaltake, Silverstone, etc etc anything else thats better out there then generics.

Yeah, 550w would be a good target. Make it a quality PSU that can deliver at least 500w of that load on the 12v lines.

The video card will sap around 230w maximum. You'll want to throw-in the following:

75w - 125w for the CPU. This varies a lot depending on what you buy, but it won't go above 125w.

Add 25w to cover mainboard and ram, 10w for every disk drive, and that's your rough system power consumption.

Add 50w for a safety margin.

Add another 50w if you want to overclock.

* Worst-case system: 4850x2, phenom II 125w, 4x disk drives, total power:
230 + 125 + 4x10 = 405w, add 50w for safety, and 50w margin for overclock, you can still power this system with 550w.
