4850 Cooling, Shader/Memory/Display IO cooling?

So I'm thinking of getting some coolers on my 4850s as they run voraciously hot. Now I know there's plenty of options out there but I remember someone saying that whiel the GPU temp was down, the memory/shader/display were still running hot and I think he had some kind of solution to cool them. Does anyone remember what it was and how he did it? Or if that members reads this, please post

If you and that person you speak of are correct, then that explains so much! I kept thinking the main GPU temp was just the average of the other three labeled ones (the temperatures were always quite close to each other), except the math didn't quite work out in that sense. This helped!
