What kind of FPS are you guys getting? At 725mhz core I am only 20s-30s fps at 1440x900 with 8x AS, no AA, and less than maxed settings (sunrays set on low, sun set on low, grass down a bit, etc... but DX10 and all the ones that matter on). 1680x1050 I would have to turn down some textures.
 
I can run it smoothly with DX10 lighting and medium settings, 16x AF - no AA. I belive I have sunrays on high (all lighting effects maxed out). This is with my 4850 at 700/1100 at 1680x1050.
