When I bought my antec 480W truepower 4 years ago or so it was more power than I needed. Now that I've decided to upgrade I'm not quite sure it will be enough after overclocking.

New rig
GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3
E6600
GeForce 8800GTS 320MB
OCZ / 2GB DDR2 PC2-8500

Using this calculator (http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine) it recommended a 425W PSU (@3.6ghz and 1.4vcore) but thats just a guess at the OC I'll get. Plus thats not counting any extra Wattage I'd need to OC the GPU. So should I at least try the 480W? There isn't any chance of damaging anything if I OC too much for the PSU to handle? Really wasn't expecting to buy another PSU and didn't set aside the money to get one.

Sadly you might run into trouble with the 480. It's only pushing 24A on the 12V rail and nVidia recommends 30A. Better to save up a bit of cash and get a decent 500W like the Enhance ENP-5150GH which can be picked up for around $70 at E-Wiz i believe.

Thanks for the reply, didn't even think about the amperage requirements. Much appreciated.
