480Rad or 2x240?

Hello all. I have a quick question:

I'm building a water cooled computer with, and I can't decide on what components to get.

I figured that I'd have an all internal system, I don't like the looks of having the radiators mounted on the outside of the case, and it might be a hazard due to the computers location. I'm going to get a Silverstone tj07 case, which has enough room on the bottom for a 480mm radiator. Now I'm going to have a Core i7 processor overclocked as much as I can safely do, and probably have dual SLI of the newer nVidia GTX300 series after release in a few months.

I want to know if I should have a single 480mm quad radiator and all the components on the same loop, or if I should have two 240mm dual radiators and two loops. Or something else?

Also, could someone recommend a good pump and reservoir, or fans for this operation, that would be really awesome!

I fail to see the draw of 2 seperate loops unless you are cooling more than 4-5 heat sources. The GPUs are generally not limited as much by heat so you can place them inline after the CPU. If the 480mm rad can fit it will simplify your loop rather than plumbing up another rad between the CPU and GPUs.
