480mm fan grill.

iandh over at xs was supposed to be working on some but they've been delayed a lot and I've stopped looking for them. If you want a solution now you'll have to modify a pair of 2x120mm grills or get one custom cut at a metal shop.
 
will four single four 120s fit over the 480 feser x-changer no problem? If it does then this will probably be my option.

It would depend on the grill; if it is small like the wire fan grilles then yes, but if it is too big like some 1x120mm radiator grilles it probably won't.
 
The radgrills are designed with overlap, so 4x 120 radgrills won't fit on a single 480 radiator.
 
Nope, you cannot use 4x 120mm grills in place of a single 480 grill... Unless, as stated by Nova, you used something like a wire grill.
