46' Samsung lcd Tv weird clicking issue before turning on.

First off I'm not sure this is in the right area but on with my question. The other day my Samsung tv started making a reaping clicking sounds (3 to 4 times) before turning on. Now I know a fair about computers and Tvs so I quickly went online to see if I could find out what was wrong. From my understanding Samsung manufactured their lcd Tvs with faulty capacitors on the power board which tend to die after around 2 years. Although I'm 90% sure this is the issue I wanted to be sure and see if any of you have had this issue before. If this is not the issue with my tv Samsung will charge me a service fee for sending someone out to my house to check and or fix my tv.
