post your cpu, cooling type, motherboard, and how high you were able to oc and how many volts it took. how stable is it?
 
There's already an overclocking database, but I'll shoot anyway.

CPU: Q9550 C1
Cooling: Xigmatek HDT-S1283 using push-pins.
Motherboard: ASUS P5Q Pro
Overclock: 3.8GHz with 1.32V. IBT stable for 30+ runs (haven't bothered testing it any further, but it hasn't crashed once in the 4-5 months that I've been running it at these settings for).
 
the database didnt seem to have any q9400s or q8200s so i made a new thread for people with particularly 45nm quads. thanks for contributing :)
