440BX + 120 gb :(

Check Epox's website for a BIOS update that supports large drives. If they don't have one then you'll have to buy a controller card.
 
You want a new PCI controller. I picked up a Promise Ultra133TX2 for my 440GX server when I added a 160gb drive. Works great under Win2003, very fast!
 
if there is no update as, shadow said, get a controller card. do not use a dynamic overlay driver at all.
