430W Antec True Power Enough ?

I want to order a A64 processor and mobo but not sure if i will need to get a psu also...

I have the following rig at the moment and my rails are rock stable 100% accurate according to speed fan and bios

2500+ @ 3200+ 11x 220
Abit NF7 S
VisionTek X800XT 256mb
WD Raptor 37GB
Lite On 52x32x52 CDRW
4 80mm SilenX Fans 1 92 SilenX Fan

I will take out the old mobo and proc and replace it with a

DFI Lanparty and 3400+ Newcastle

or

Msi Neo Plt and 3200+ Winchester

I plan on doing some mild overclocking but not too much

Wont be adding another hd or stuff like that

If i do need a new powersuply I wanna spend arround 100$ for it give or take a few bucks..

The 430W TruePower should be plenty. If you upgrade, get the Neopower 480 from Antec. That thing puts out insanely stable power with those dual 12v rails.

I cannot make any guarantees of course, but I currently own an Antec TruePower 430 and have been running it on various systems for at least 2 or 3 years now and have experienced no problems. The following are some of the more power hungry components on my box.

Athlon 64 3500+

1 x 200G Seagate
2 x WD 80G SE
1 x WD 40G
2 x Lite-On 812S DVD+/-R(W) burners
ATI Radeon 9600 Pro
SB Audigy 2 ZS

My video card is a bit weak, don't know if going to the X800 could be enough to tip the scales.
