4300 vs e6750 oc'd

Currently running a e4300 at 3ghz. If I picked up a e6750 and OC'd that mid range would I see a significant gain to be worth it.??? Not really a $ question it'd end up costing me like $20 more of a performance thing
 
possibly.. but why not move to one of the 45nm chips like the e7200 or something(if your motherboard supports them).. better performance.. better overclocking.. and better temps..
