4200 to 7200...or something else?

I've got an Inspiron 4150 with a P4 1.8 ghz, 512mb of ram, and a 4200 RPM hard drive. How noticeable of a difference would it be if I upgraded to a 7200 RPM? Or would it be better to upgrade my RAM or maybe go up to a 2ghz CPU?
 
HDD, then CPU, then RAM.

The HDD would be huge, the CPU would be nice, the RAM would be barely noticeable.
 
Definately the hard drive as previously mentioned. Going from 4200rpm to 7200rpm makes a big difference.
 
I put a 60 gig 7200 rpm hdd into my inspiron 8200, and it's great. I would definitely start there.
 
I use mine as my main rig here at school - so it sees a lot of gaming, cad work, and everything else I have to do as an engineering student. I would definitely reccommend this upgrade.

Mostly internet, office stuff, some gaming, photoshop, DVDs, and whatever else I find interesting. Going to be using it for some video editing/DVD burning soon after I get a digital video camera.
