420 watts PSU?

I am getting my new AMD 64 3200+ soon. I already have an Nvidia GeForce 6800+ GT AGP. I was wondering, I've always runned the system on my signature in a generic PSU, no idea how much watts it has but it runned my system. I was wondering is this 420watts psu good for my coming setup? Or will I lose any performance?
