So you've got 400 quid spare (excl vat) to upgrade the guts of your system. How would you spend it?

For an all-rounder gaming system with a bit of room for overclocking play, I was thinking of -

~£90 : Athlon 64 3000+ (edit due to mistake)
~£115 : Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB
~£105 : Corsair 2x512MB PC3200 CL2.5
~£60 : ABit KV8-PRO
===
~£370

What do people reckon?

I'm assuming quid is a pound, since you prefixed the prices with the pound sign.

Well, at today's exchange rate. 1 pound = $1.81 USD

And I gotta say, those prices are high.

Anyways, the Athlon XP 3000+ and Abit KV8 aren't compatible. The Kv8 is for Athlon 64 Socket 754s.

Oops, sorry I meant Athlon 64, at that price.

Those are about the cheapest prices you can get in in the UK .. :(
