$400 Gaming Rig?

A kid at school wants to build his first desktop, on a $400 budget :eek:
He already has a monitor, keyboard, mouse, XP, and speakers, but needs everything else. He wants to be able to do a little gaming on it, maybe a little OCing, but nothing major. Help for a future [H]?
 
XP mobile 2x00, NF7-S, 512 of generic shit, crappy cheapo $30 case, $60 80 gig HDD, and some $100 graphics card. You can't do much for $400. He's better off saving more.
