I already have two 256GB PX-256M3S SSDs, I'm looking forward to add two PX-256M5S to increase the storage up to 1TB. I'm hoping to see 2GByte/s from RAID 0. Has anyone tried mixed SSDs in RAID 0?

When doing my testing with Mushkin and OCz SSDs I found they worked together fine in R0 setups.
 
Is that for epeen or do you plan to use them that way ? You may see the throughput you want, but there will be a price in response times with the M1015.
